All products supplied here are covered by the manufacturer's standard "return to base "warranty.  Most are 12 months from date of supply unless stated otherwise.  

Standard Warranty
All products covered by the standard warranty are guaranteed against construction material and processing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.  

In the event of a failure in the first instance you should contact us on the telephone number shown below.  Prior to returning any good these will need to be suitably packed for safe carriage either to us, or the manufacturer's UK address (at our discretion) along with our official Goods Return paperwork which will be emailed to you.  Goods received without this can not be processed.
